Scheduling and Appointments
When you schedule a repair, we will do our best to arrive during the agreed time window. Traffic, weather, and previous jobs can occasionally cause delays. If we are running late, we will contact you as soon as possible.You agree to provide accurate access information (address, gate codes, pets, etc.) so our technician can reach the appliance safely and on time.
We believe in upfront pricing. After diagnosing the issue, we will explain the problem and give you a clear price before any repair work starts.Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed when you book or when the technician arrives.The final price covers labor and parts needed for the agreed repair.Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.We accept common payment methods (cash, major cards, etc.).If additional issues are discovered during the repair, we will stop and get your approval before proceeding. No surprise charges.
Service Warranty
We stand behind our work. Most repairs include a limited warranty on parts and labor for a specified period (the exact terms will be provided on your invoice or work order).The warranty covers the specific repair performed. It does not cover:New or unrelated problemsDamage caused by misuse, improper installation by others, power surges, or lack of maintenanceNormal wear and tearIf a covered issue returns within the warranty period, contact us and we will make it right.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us serve you well, you agree to:Provide a safe and reasonably clean workspace around the applianceSecure pets during the visitBe present or have an authorized adult availableInform us of any known issues (previous repairs, water damage, electrical problems, etc.)Make payment as agreedIf the appliance is inaccessible or the environment is unsafe, we may need to reschedule.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care in your home and with your appliances. However, to the fullest extent allowed by law:Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including food spoilage, lost time, or secondary water damage) unless required by Wisconsin law.We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or problems that arise after we leave if they are unrelated to our work.This keeps things fair for both of us
Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or require prepayment for future bookings. We will always communicate any policy clearly.
